******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Kuldeep Singh Chahal, Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran on behalf of the respondents filed by learned State counsel today in the Court is taken on record. As per report of Warrant Officer, alleged detenue Kawaljit Singh was found in lock up of CIA Staff, Tarn Taran and was released by him.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail legal remedies available to him.
