(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Clerk in the year 1998 and the post of Head-Clerk fell vacant from 01.06.2015 because Krishan Rani, Head-Clerk, retired on 31.05.2015. His case for promotion to the post of Head-Clerk has been recommended by the Director Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula, vide memo dated 02.05.2016 (Annexure P-11).

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4, to consider the case of the petitioner, as per the letter/recommendation dated 02.05.2016 (Annexure P-11) made by the Director Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula (respondent No.2), in accordance with law.
