(Oral) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent Engineer, Operation Circle, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Narnaul, to decide the representation (Annexure P-8) made to him by the petitioner within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, after associating the petitioner and the respondents and by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law. In case, the representation is decided in favour of the petitioner, the electricity connection, which has been disconnected by the respondents, shall be restored forthwith.
