(ORAL) Challenge laid in the present writ petition is to impugned order dated 09.04.2015 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3 vide which PDS licence of respondent No.6 has been revived while setting aside order dated 01.08.2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to pursue the present petition and thus prays for withdrawal of the same. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the above prayer.
