This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 105 dated 04.03.2022 registered under Sections 409, 420, 120-B of IPC (later on Sections 411, 414 and 201 IPC added), at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Yamuna Nagar. The FIR was registered on the complaint of one Sanjay Sharma, Territory Manager of IIFL Finance Ltd., Yamuna Nagar. It was stated that the Company had gold loan branches all over India. It is advancing loans against gold jewellery. During audit held on 25.02.2022, Rs.38,000/- cash was found to be missing. It was also reported that the petitioner being Manager had stolen cash and not reported the same to the office till 26.02.2022.

The petitioner was arrested on 21.03.2022. On his disclosure Rs. 70,000/- in cash was recovered. Two other co-accused namely, Vinod Kumar and Pancham Kumar were arrested on the disclosure statement of the SATYAWAN 2022.07.22 19:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petitioner. Vinod Kumar got recovered gold jewellery weighing 14.530

CRM-M-30630-2022 (O&M) -2grams. Pancham Kumar got recovered weapon tool box and Rs. 5,000/-. The investigation in the case is complete. The challan has been filed. The trial in the case may take long time. Keeping in view the above, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind bars. Hence, petition is allowed. Petitioner Karan Singh is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
