(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ, order or direction for quashing the order dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-9) whereby the petitioner is being retired due to physical unfitness from BSF; along with certain other prayers.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Gurmeet Kaur, Sr. Panel Counsel, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-UOI and submits that respondents have not passed any order against the petitioner so far. Hence, the present petition is premature.

The counsel for the petitioner has also not even disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above the present petition is immature. This court does not find it appropriate to proceed further with the matter; at this stage.
