RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) This petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 5 in order to protect the petitioner from the interference of respondent No.6, who is allegedly the President of Damdama Truck Operator Union, Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda, who is allegedly not allowing the petitioner to use his vehicles for the purpose of transportation. After notice, respondents have filed a reply in which they have averred that the petitioner has never made any complaint. However, it is denied by the petitioner.
Be that as it may, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the present petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner against respondent No.6 and decide the same by passing a speaking order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and respondent No.6 of being heard. Required action shall be taken by respondent No.2 within one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
