Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had extended a friendly loan of Rs.2,00,000/- to the respondent for which he has already issued legal notice and also filed a civil suit, however, the respondent is threatening the petitioner for his life and liberty. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any threat perception to the petitioner at this stage. However, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
