The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.
After arguing for some time and realising that there is an alternative remedy in Clause 8 (xiv) of the State Transport Haryana Employees Transfer Policy 2018, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedies.
Learned counsel for the State appearing on advance notice submits that if such a representation is made, the same would be decided expeditiously.
