(ORAL) Pursuant to order dated 28.02.2019, petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1.00 lakh with the Treasury, Government of Haryana, Rewari as fine against the loss to the State Exchequer of around Rs.25,000/-. Receipt of the same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. In view of the above, impugned judgments of conviction passed by both the courts below, holding the petitioner guilty under Section 420 read with Section 120-B IPC, are upheld. The petition, to this extent, is dismissed. However, since the petitioner has adequately compensated the State exchequer against the offence committed by her, therefore, order of sentence dated 09.09.2017 is modified to the extent that sentence awarded to the petitioner is reduced from three years to the period already undergone.
