Complaining wilful violation of the interlocutory order passed by the Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 13363 of 2022, decided on 07.06.2022, the petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1971 Act") read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India. 2.
The petitioners have filed the present petition under section 12 of the 1971 Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India. It is evident that the aforesaid order is only an interlocutory order and the writ petition is pending for 23.09.2022.
