As per the said status report, respondent No.5-Prem Kumar was arrested on 16.10.2020. Today, the State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh has apprised the Court that respondent No.6 Santosh Rani and respondent No.7-Vijay Sagar are declared proclaimed persons by the Court concerned and the investigation against the arrested persons has been completed and now they are facing trial.
