By way of filing present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order summoning her under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is ready to appear in the trial Court. Under the circumstances, the present revision petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear in the trial Court within two weeks from today. She may move an application for regular bail in the said Court which will be decided within ten days thereof. Till then she is not to be arrested. As far as the grounds taken by the petitioner in the Revision, the petitioner may move an application in that regard in the trial Court itself and the trial Court shall decide the application within one month of moving of the application, if so filed.
