    As per the office report, notice issued to the respondent has been served through her trial Court counsel. However, she remains unrepresented. On 23.08.2021, the following order was passed;- "The petitioners herein are grandparents of Jassirat Kaur and Gurjap Singh (children of their pre-deceased son). Through this application, the petitioners pray for transfer of a petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, bearing GW/36/2020 titled as 'Manpreet Kaur vs. Gurmeet Singh Jaggi and another' pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana to the court of competent jurisdiction at Ambala.

It has been asserted that aforementioned grand children of the petitioners are studying at Ambala and the petitioners have also filed a petition under Section 7 and 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, which is also pending at District Court, Ambala.

Notice of motion for 10.09.2021.

The liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve the respondent through her counsel Sh. Naginder Singh, District Court, Ludhiana.

TA-743-2021 (O&M) Gurmeet Singh Jaggi and another), pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, are ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ambala. The transferor Court is requested to remit the case file to the transferee Court forthwith. The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, Ambala, on 01.10.2021 who shall either decide the matter himself or assign it to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ambala.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
