(ORAL) Since, compliance of the order dated 08.06.2018 has been made, therefore, the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.10.2016 of the trial Court, convicting the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year as well as judgment of Ist Appellate Court, dated 22.05.2018, affirming the aforesaid judgment of the trial Court, are set aside, in view of compromise dated 28.05.2018 (Annexure P-1). Resultantly, the complaint of respondent No. 1 is dismissed as having been fully satisfied.
