Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions from Ms. Srishti Aggarwal, Assistant District Attorney, PWD (B&R) Department, Ambala acknowledges that the same was a mistake on the part of the respondent-Department and that they are taking appropriate steps to rectify the same. She further submits that the respondents are not going to implement the impugned order of transfer w.r.t. the petitioner in the meanwhile.
