Mr. Kamal Kumar Mor, Advocate, for the petitioner KULDEEP TIWARI,J. (ORAL) The petitioner has sought mandamus under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India against respondent No. 2 to grant registration as Pharmacist as she has complied with all the requisite formalities. According to her, she being eligible, applied for online registration on the website of Haryana State Pharmacy Council for licence in December, 2022. She also submitted the required documents with requisite fee. She also verified and submitted all original documents relating to pharmacy licence on 17.1.2023 in the office of respondent no. 2. Despite that no action has been taken so far. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that a legal notice dated 20.3.2023, Annexure P/9, has been served to respondent no. 2, however, no action has been taken. At this stage, without commenting on the merits of the DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2023.06.08 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
2023:PHHC:081788 CWP No. 13031 of 2023 -2present case, this Court deem it appropriate to issue directions to the respondent-Council to decide the legal notice within two months, after receipt of certified copy of this order, but after hearing all the concerned parties.
