The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.47, dated 05.04.2023, registered under Section 22(b) of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for 05 months and 29 days. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
