(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the order passed by the punishing authority has since been modified, to the extent that the petitioner has been found entitled for full salary, for the suspension period. He has placed a copy of the communication, dated 30.03.2018, in this regard, which is taken on record as Mark 'A'.

In response, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition, and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
