(ORAL) Precise stand set out by the State in the written statement filed on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2 vide affidavit of District Education Officer (EE), Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar reveals that the charge against the petitioner as regards his absence from duty was not found to have been proved by the Enquiry Officer. Likewise, Government Primary School Jalwaha, was not a single Teacher school and, thus, even the said charge remain unsubstantiated. That being so, the complaint against the petitioner was disposed of being bogus vide letter No. E-1/2015/138-41 dated 14.01.2015.

Resultantly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter in hand has become infructuous and be dismissed as such. Ordered accordingly.
