Mr. Mukesh Tomar, Advocate, for Mr. Nitin Kant Setia, Advocate for the respondents (in all petitions).

***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) 1.

Vide this common order, twelve writ petitions bearing CWP No.11347 of 2016, CWP No.11367 of 2016, CWP No.11441 of 2016, CWP No.11445 of 2016, CWP No.12068 of 2016, CWP No.11636 of 2016, CWP No.12100 of 2016, CWP No.12681 of 2016, CWP No.12212 of 2016, CWP No.12318 of 2016, CWP No.12459 of 2016 and CWP No.11544 of 2016, are being disposed of. The facts are being taken from CWP-11347-2016. 2.

Common prayer in all the writ petitions is for directing the respondents to declare the result of Class-X and Class-XII of the petitioner(s)-school. Additional prayers have been made in some of the writ petitions challenging the orders, vide which, recommendation for disaffiliating the school has been made.

3.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 has submitted that as far as the plea of the school/students to declare the result of Class 10th and 12th is concerned, the same has been rendered infructuous and as far as the process of disaffiliation is concerned, the said process is still pending and no final order has been passed on the same and thus, the

CWP-11347-2016 & other connected cases -4- 2023:PHHC:059910 said prayer is pre-mature.

4.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) prays that the present writ petitions be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous and liberty be granted to the petitioner-school to challenge the order of disaffiliation, if any passed, in accordance with law.

5.

Keeping in view the above said facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

6.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner-school to challenge the order of disaffiliation, if any, in accordance with law. (VIKAS BAHL) 26.04.2023 JUDGE D.Bansal Whether speaking/reasoned :
