The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of memo dated 24.12.2025 whereby memo dated 16.12.2025 has been withdrawn. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that impugned order dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure P-9) has been passed beyond jurisdiction and is contrary to previous order dated 16.12.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent-DHBVN submits that petitioners may approach Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum which would consider their grievance and pass an appropriate order within two weeks from the date of filing application. The said authority would consider every issue raised by petitioners and grant them opportunity of hearing.
