***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner.

A further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to decide legal notice dated 12.04.2025 (Annexure P-1). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching all the necessary documents in support of the pleadings made in the instant writ petition.
