(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 376 dated 15.07.2023 registered under Sections 3/13(1), 8/13(3) and 17 of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and 120-B IPC at P.S. Sadar Nuh, District Nuh(Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the State would assure the Court that though charges have not been framed, State would make all endeavours to complete the trial proceedings expeditiously after framing of charges by the trial Court without any delay.

In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
