Cost of `1000/- imposed vide order dated 05.11.2015 was also not deposited. In view of submissions of learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 05.11.2015, reserving the right of appellant to get it restored as and when the aforesaid order is complied with.
