**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking directions to the official respondents to look into their representation and to take appropriate action against the private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that respondent No.5 and his family members have sexually harassed petitioner No.2 during 2018 to 2020 and petitioner No.2 made a representation dated 16.03.2023, however, police authorities are not looking into the matter. Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, assures the Court that jurisdictional police authorities would look into the representation of the petitioner No.2 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further order is warranted.
