This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.245 dated 26.05.2022 under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the aforesaid FIR has already been quashed by this Court in CRM-M-16529-2023 today itself. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
