(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition relating to Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is squarely covered by a decision of the Supreme Court in Indore Development Authority Vs Manohar Lal and others, AIR 2020 SC 1496.

In view of the aforesaid and in terms of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Indore Development Authority (supra), the writ petition stands disposed of.
