Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in view of the averment made in Para No.10 of the Reply filed on behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 5, the Petitioners are now willing to co-operate with the Department and will submit themselves for appropriate inquiries along with the relevant documents, and submits further that in the circumstances they are not inclined to pursue the present Petition and seek to withdraw the same.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the Petitioners to appear for inquiry as required by the official Respondents on the designated date and time to be specified by the Respondents.
