(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 for issuanceof a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondentsNo.2 and 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner pertaining to transferring the vehicles in the name of the petitioner in view of the representation dated 04.07.2019 and the legal notice dated 25.02.2021. Short reply on behalf of the respondents has been filed today, which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, contends that the claim of the petitioner has already been considered and as such, the present petition has become infructuous.
