Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that against the seniority list of Junior Engineers (Civil) dated 17.07.2023 (Annexure P-10), the petitioners had filed an objection but certain facts came to the knowledge of the petitioner subsequently, hence, the petitioners intends to approach the respondents by way of filing representation qua the said seniority list dated 17.07.2023 (Annexure P-10) and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 2.
Notice of motion.

Mr. TPS Chawla, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State and submits that in case, the petitioners file any such representation with the authority concerned, the same will be considered in accordance with law and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the RIYA 2025.05.14 13:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the claim of the petitioners is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the same will be mentioned in the speaking order. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petitions may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation with respondents as stated herein before.
