On this, counsel for accused-respondent No.2 submits that condiƟon No. 10 is not applicable because respondent No. 2 did not have any weapon. Regarding condiƟon No. 11 counsel submits that incident narrated by the peƟƟon had taken place in the Court premises on the date of hearing and now on his advise, the accused has leŌ the village and he will not return Ɵll the examinaƟon of complainant and other private witnesses. 3.

Given above, no further order is required to be passed in this peƟƟon and the same is dispsoed of in view of the undertaking given by accused-respondent No.2.
