(ORAL) Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner has preferred the instant application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, at this stage, with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action, if need so arises. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the University has given an assurance that the impugned order will be withdrawn. It is on this assurance given, he is seeking to withdraw the instant petition with liberty, in case, the adverse orders are not withdrawn he may approach this Court again with the same cause of action. The prayer made is allowed.
