This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the letter dated 09.07.2020 (Annexure P-13) as well as speaking order dated 29.03.2024 (Annexure P-18).

The matter was earlier listed on 30.05.2024, however, the same was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
