NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) The matter pertains to the year 2018 and notice of motion is yet to be issued in the same.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter was taken up for hearing on 04 dates i.e. on 27.11.2018, 31.05.2019, 08.07.2022 and 18.10.2023, out of which on two dates i.e. 27.11.2018 and 08.07.2022, the petitioner had gone un-represented and on the remaining two dates i.e. 31.05.2019 and 18.10.20213, learned proxy counsel appearing for the petitioner had sought adjournment. Today also the petitioner has gone unrepresented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is no more interest in pursuing the instant petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
