The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondent to fill up 25% post of Technicians by way of promotion from Lab Attendants. 2.

Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitioners stand promoted vide order dated 25.03.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners qua promotion stands redressed, however, the petitioners are getting salary as payable to Lab Attendants, thus, their promotion to the post of Technicians has paled into insignificance. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent expressed his inability to controvert claim of the petitioners qua salary. 5.

In the wake of development which has taken place during pendency of the present writ petition, the petition stands disposed of with a PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.12.01 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
