(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned award dated 14.12.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Labour Court-II, Gurgaon whereby Labour Court and awarded lum-sum compensation amount of `55000/- only; instead of reinstatement in service with full back wages with continuity of service; along with certain other prayers. Pursuant to the previous order the counsel for the respondents has submitted that the respondents-management is ready to settle the dispute in its entirety by making payment of `3,00,000/- (Rupees three lacs) as full and final payment, if acceptable to the petitioner.

CWP No.15597 of 2013 -2settle the dispute for the amount offered by the respondents as aforesaid, however, the respondents be directed to make the payment of the amount within a time bound frame.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a modification of the award to the extent that the petitioner is entitled to an amount of `3,00,000/- (Rupees three lacs) as compensation for full and final settlement of his claim.

The respondents are directed to pay this amount within a period of four weeks from today by transferring of funds through RTGS in the account of the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner has furnished the account details to the respondents in the court itself. 20th MAY, 2022 'raj'
