(ORAL) The petitioner is stated to have been summoned on an application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C., the allegation against him in the FIR being that he pointed a pistol at the complainant. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh, submits that he has since appeared before the learned trial Court and has been admitted on interim bail.

That being so, this petition is allowed. The petitioner will continue to appear before the learned trial Court as and when summoned. August 30, 2019.
