As per this reply, the petitioner had recorded her statement on 12.01.2023 that she does not want to pursue her application and her complaint be filed. In view of this position, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one if the circumstances so warranted.
