**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.212 dated 29.09.2018, registered under Sectiond 376/354-C/34 IPC at Police Station Tripuri, Patiala, District Patiala. FIR was registered at the instance of complainant Neelu Rani. As per the allegations in the FIR, the complainant came into contact with Jaswinder Singh @ Jassi (husband of petitioner), Kamalpreet Kaur and the petitioner. Jaswinder Singh @ Jassi was projected as a rich transporter and has violated the person of the complainant under the pretext of arranging a marriage. The allegations have been made against all three accused. Kamalpreet Kaur has already been granted anticipatory bail by the High Court in CRM-M-47978-2018 on 25.01.2019. The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019. The petitioner seeks parity with that of Kamalpreet Kaur as the alleged complicity of the petitioner cannot be differentiated with that of Kamalpreet Kaur on merits.

Factual aspects of the case could not be disputed by learned

CRM-M No. 26861 of 2019 -2Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from ASI Ram Karan, Police Station Tripuri, Patiala.

At this stage, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail subject to her furnishing adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Nothing expressed hereinabove would be construed to be an expression of any opinion on merits of the case. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
