(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 14.12.2010 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned District Collector, Faridkot; order dated 09.05.2012 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Commissioner, Faridkot Division, Faridkot and order dated 30.03.2016 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Punjab, whereby respondent No.4 - Sukhchain Singh has been appointed as Lambardar. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, at the outset, submits that the parties have compromised the matter, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the instant writ petition; accordingly, he may be permitted to do so.
