The only relief that the petitioner claims is for an order directing respondent No.4 to decide the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 2.

The respondent No.4 shall decide the said application expeditiously but in its turn. The matter shall not be adjourned for any reasons when it reaches in its turn.
