After lengthy arguments being addressed by the learned counsel for petitioners, he seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition. 2.
Leave granted. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the learned trial Court concerned, is directed to, within three months hereafter, conclude the trial, as, arises from FIR No. 110 of 04.07.2019 (Annexure P-1), which was registered at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana Rural, constituting therein offences under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
