This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for placing on record Annexure A-1 to Annexure A-4. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents contends that he has no objection if the application is allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the application for placing on record which is supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. 4.

Annexure A-1 to Annexure A-4 are taken on record.

This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for disposing of the present writ petition in terms of order dated 29.05.2026 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-136172026 titled as 'Akshambari Sharma Vs. Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana and others' and other connected cases.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition is squarely covered with order dated 29.05.2026 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-13617-2026 titled as 'Akshambari Sharma Vs. Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana and others' and other connected cases.

The relevant para of order dated 29.05.2026 is reproduced as under:- "4. During the course of hearing today, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent- SVKM's NMIMS (Deemed to be University) submits that although, as per the applicable policy, the petitioners would be eligible to appear only in the re-appear examinations scheduled to be held in July 2026 for their respective semesters, since the petitioners have already undertaken the examinations pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, the University does not wish to contest these writ petitions provided that the examinations already taken by the petitioners are regularised and treated as the re-appear examinations scheduled for July 2026.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that they have no objection if the examinations already undertaken by the petitioners, pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, are treated as the re-appear examinations scheduled for July 2026.

In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, the instant writ petitions are disposed of with a direction that the examinations already undertaken by the petitioners, pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, shall be treated as the re-appear examinations scheduled for July 2026, and the results thereof shall be declared accordingly."

In view of the same, the application is allowed. The present writ petition is disposed of in terms of CWP-13617-2026 titled as 'Akshambari Sharma Vs. Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana and others' and other connected cases.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
