On 04.09.2024 the matter was adjourned by order to 09.09.2024. On 09.09.2024 yet again the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants to today. Today, again, a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of the arguing counsel for the appellants on the ground that certain documents are required to be placed on the record. There appears to be no urgency in the matter.

Today on first call a request for a pass over was made. On second call none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.
