CRR-2137-2018 (O&M) Date of decision: 03.12.2018 Vipin Chauhan ..... Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana and another ..... Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: None.
RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) On the first call, when the case was called, the petitioner has gone un-represented. Therefore, the case was pass-over. On second call, some proxy counsel had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and prays for adjournment which was refused, on the ground that instant petition is not maintainable, inasmuch, as even acceptance of the same shall bring no fruitful result to the petitioner, on account of not challenging the order of summoning. Therefore, proxy counsel for the petitioner requested for pass-over.
After lunch on the third call, again the petitioner has gone un-represented.
Therefore, the instant revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.
