RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to make compliance of the order dated 22.08.2019 passed by Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Additional District Magistrate, Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a senior citizen and despite the order having been passed, no action has been taken for implementation of the same and the helpless petitioner is residing out of her house. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 22.01.2020, Annexure P-2, is decided expeditiously.
