Swaitch, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Jaspal Singh Guru, AAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondents no.1 to 6 to take appropriate action against respondents no.7 and 8, who has grabbed the sale consideration of ₹9 lakhs against the Tipper/Vehicle bearing Registration No.PB-65-T-2020 Marka LPK 3123 PRIMA of the petitioner in connivance of each other, even respondent no.7 get transferred the said vehicle in the name of respondent no.8 by submitting false affidavit (Annexure P-7) to the concerned Department by undertaking that he has sold the said vehicle to respondent no.8 in contravention of agreement to sell dated 7.4.2016 (Annexure P-1) vide which respondent no.7 has already sold the said vehicle to the petitioner after receiving full and final payment. 2.
