Learned counsel for the applicant submits that notice in the main case has not been issued. He further submits that since the matter has been now amicably resolved between the parties, he wants to withdraw the main case and prays that the date of hearing in the main case may be preponed from 06.9.2021 and the case be taken up for final disposal today itself. Keeping in view the grounds mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
