(Oral) Learned counsel for the State refers to the notification dated 7.5.2013 issued by the State of Haryana, to contend that since the petitioner is having equally efficacious alternative remedy, he may be relegated to avail the same.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner could not deny the correctness of the statement made by learned counsel for the State.

In view of the above, petitioner is relegated to his alternative remedy before the Education Tribunal.
